Directions: Mix 1 scoop (serving) of ALT Pre Workout with 150 mL - 250 mL of cold water. Vary for taste preference. <150 mL for stronger sweeter flavour. > 250 mL for milder lighter flavour. Shake well. Drink and enjoy. Take 15-30min before activity for optimal results.
