SAME DAY DELIVERY FREE WHEN YOU SPEND $75+

Mysupplements.ca will now offer Same Day delivery from Mondays to Fridays, weekends will be added in the near future. This shipping option will appear automatically as an option when you are checking out of our website.  

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • All purchases made before 12:00PM will be delivered SAME DAY to over 250,000 postal codes across the GTA & HALTON REGION.
  • Customers will receive a text notification once the package is picked up from our warehouse along with a tracking link and an estimated time of delivery.
  • A second notification will be sent once the package is on route and a third notification when the package is 10 minutes away and a third and final notification once that package has arrived.  
  • Your package can be left with someone of age at the household, however it cannot be left in the mailbox, at a concierge or unattended at the door.  
  • If you are not available to receive your package a second attempt will be made the following day. You would be responsible to communicate with the the Courier driver by responding to their text messages.
  • Once your package is picked up, any changes to delivery would need to be communicated directly with your Courier driver. They will do their best to accommodate any changes but is not guaranteed.  

NEW IN STORE PICK UP WHEN YOU BUY ONLINE

When you place an order online, you will have the option to pick up your order from your Brampton location. Select the option at check out and choose your pick up location. Once the package is ready, you will receive a phone call from our stores letting you know the package is ready for pick up. You will be required to show your ID at pick up.
